The short version. We ask for your email address so we can email you. Updates on what is changing in AI rules, and news about The AI Compliance Club. That is the whole point of the list.
We do not sell your address, we do not share it for marketing, and you can leave at any time.

Where we collect it
This website does not have a signup form. When you click Join the waitlist you are taken to a page hosted by Systeme.io, and that is where you enter your details.
Systeme.io have their own privacy notice covering how they run that page. This notice covers what we do with your information once we have it.
What we collect
Your first name, your last name and your email address.
That is everything the form asks for. Systeme.io, who run the form and our email list, also record technical details such as when you signed up. Their privacy notice covers that.
Why we collect it
To send you updates about AI rules for small businesses, and to tell you when the membership opens.
Our legal basis is your consent. You gave it when you joined the waitlist, and you can withdraw it at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email.
Who else can see it
Two companies help us run this. Both act on our instructions and neither uses your information for their own purposes.
- Systeme.io stores our email list and sends our emails.
- Lovable hosts this website.
How long we keep it
Up to three years from the last time you clicked a link in one of our emails.
After that we will ask whether you still want to hear from us. If you do not say yes, we delete your details.
If you unsubscribe we stop emailing you straight away. We keep a note that you unsubscribed, so you are not accidentally added back later.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct anything wrong, delete it, send you a copy, or stop using it.
Email hello@theaicompliance.club and we will sort it within one month.
You can also complain to CNIL, the French data protection regulator, at cnil.fr.
If you are in the UK, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies.
Our website host, Lovable, stores two small items in your browser: a session record and an anonymous identifier. We do not use these for advertising, and we do not track you across other websites.
We are checking exactly what these are used for and will update this page. If you would like them removed, clearing your browser data for this site will do it.
Changes to this page
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date underneath.
